Gophers snap streak
Tonight the Gophers played Indiana and going into the game the Gophers were on a 2 game losing streak. The Gophers were able to snap the small streak but they also dropped out of the top 25. Tonights game showed how the Gophers normally play. It showed all they spread out the scoring and have a strong defense that can cause trouble for any team. A new face stepped up in tonights game also, Paul Carter who averages less then 10 points per game had a career high 22 in tonights game. Carter scored 19 of the 22 points in the second half and help Minnesota pull away at the end of the game. The final score was 62 to 54 and next the Gophers go to Penn State to take on the Nittany Lions.
