Twins make comback for the sweep

Today the Twins played the Detroit Tigers in the final game of a 3-game series. It looked like the Twins would fall short of the sweep but then came the 7th inning. Through the first 6 and a third the Twins hadn't scored and struck out 13 times. The Twins were down 5 to 0 going into the the 7th inning and Verlander was taken out and the Twins took advantage. They scored 6 runs in the inning and took the lead 6 to 5. With the comback the Twins won all three of the games against the Tigers. Now the Twins travel to New York to take on the Yankees in the new Yankee Stadium.
